The following challenge is one I posted in my Goodreads online book club, Nothing but Reading Challenges. To get to the challenge on Goodreads CLICK HERE
Have you noticed the trend lately of authors reusing titles and covers we've seen before? Well, this challenge is dedicating to reading books that do just that.
For this challenge you will need to read:
- books with the same or similar covers. (We have some examples listed below or check out this Goodreads Listopia - http://www.goodreads.com/list/show/50... )
- books with the same title.
Levels of Play:
Single Sight; Read 2 - 3 books
Double Vision; Read 4 - 6 books
Threepeat; Read 7 - 9 books
Four Sight; Read 10+ books
You set your own pace and reading goal. This challenge can be done over the span of a year or a month. You choose. Just remember to have fun. Happy reading.
Some examples of the same or very similar covers:
(If unsure of a title just hover your cursor over it and the name should display. If you click on the cover, you'll be magically transported to Goodreads where you can read the book's description.)

Sashana is the one who thought up this one being inspired by Lisa Kay's Antonym Challenge. I took it over and completed what I hope is her vision. Picture used at the top of the post was found on Photobucket.

You know, I wasn't sure there'd be a lot out there for this one, but once I started searching I was pleasantly surprised.
ReplyDeleteI have a thread in Oh My shelves where we were trying to find duplicate covers. This challenge is a stroke of genius!
