Well, I'm enjoying the series so far. Elena awakes from a year long coma to discover she is no longer human. She is now an immortal, but as she's discovered the previous year even those considered immortal aren't. Trying to figure out the new relationship between herself and Raphael she asks, "What do I call you? Hisband? Mate? Boyfriend?"
His response, "You can call me 'Master'."
Well, I guess we'll see how long that will last. Meanwhile, other angels are not so pleased about Elena's transformation and would love to kill her. Building a dramatic type of anticipation the one seeking to kill Elena is slowly killing or maiming those under Raphael. Now Raphael and Elena need to figure out who the angel is who's after her before her immortality is cut short.
I gave it a 5 out of 5 stars.
