Ever wonder what the story was behind some of those scandalous headlines? In 'Poor Little Bitch Girl' Collins puts her own spin on what could have taken place behind the headlines in a delightfully sinful rendition of them.
Three women leading different lives. Their link? They all went to high school together in Beverly hills. Carolyn and Denver are best friends and have stayed in touch. Neither of them have kept in touch with Annabelle whose life has taken quite a spiraling down turn into the life of a New York Madam. When Denver takes the case of Annabelle's father, a well known Hollywood actor, who is being investigated for the death of his wife, Annabelle's mom, their lives once again become intertwined. Throw in the fact that Carolyn's a Senator's aide who just discovered she's pregnant with the man's child and things get complicated. With all the chaos going on will Denver be able to find the man of her dreams? Maybe, if she can manage to stop looking for love in all the wrong places. Murder, mystery, romance abound in this one. A fun read.
I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.
